They didn't really bother with the plot, because, shucks, WHO CARES?
It's an action movie! MY kind of action movie!
There's hardly ANY emphasis on the story and TONS of UNBELIEVABLE emphasis on driving and shooting and kicking and punching and flipping and exploding and breaking and jumping and EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE EVER WANTED out of that movie.
*deep sigh*
